(وينتقض عهد نسائـ) ـهم (وذريتـ) ـهم (بنقض عهد رجالهم تبعًا) لما تقدم من أنه - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قتلَ رجال بني قريظَةَ، حين نقَضُوا عهدَهُ، وسَبَى ذراريهم، وأخَذَ أموالهم .

ولما هادن قريشًا فنقضوا عهده، حلَّ له منهم ما كان حَرُم عليه منهم .
