(قال الشيخ (١) : واليهودي إذا تزوَّج بنت أخيه، أو) بنت (أخته، كان ولدُه منها يلحقه، ويرثه باتفاق المسلمين، وإن كان هذا النكاح باطلًا باتفاق المسلمين) أي: لأنه وطء شُبهة؛ لاعتقادهم حِلَّه.
