(وقال) الشيخ : (ويحرم شُهودُ عيد اليهود والنصارى) وغيرهم من الكفار (وبيعُهُ لهم فيه) وفي "المنتهى": لا بيعنا لهم فيه (ومهاداتُهم لعيدهم) لما في ذلك من تعظيمهم، فيشبه بداءتهم بالسلام.
