(فإن دخلوا الحجازَ لتجارة) أو غيرها (لم يقيموا في موضع واحد أكثر من ثلاثة أيام) لأن عمر "أذِنَ لمنْ دخَلَ تاجرًا في إقامة ثلاثة أيَّامٍ" فدلَّ على المنع في الزائد.
