(ولا يمنعون) أي: أهل الذِّمة (من تيماء وفَيد) بفتح الفاء وياء مثناه بعدها، وهي من بلاد طيئ (ونحوهما) من باقي الجزيرة غير الحجاز؛ لما مرَّ أن أحدًا من الخلفاء لم يخرج واحدًا منهم من ذلك.
