(وإن تحاكموا إلى حاكمنا مع مسلم، لزم الحُكمُ بينهم) لما فيه من إنصاف المسلم من غيره، أو ردِّه عن ظلمه، وذلك واجب؛ ولأن في تَرْكِ الإجابة إليه تضييعًا للحق.
