(ولو حلف لا يقف فيه) أي: في هذا الماء وهو جار (فوقف) فيه (حنث) هكذا في "القواعد الفقهية" ويأتي في باب التأويل في الحلف، لا يحنث بلا نية، ولا قصد، ولا سبب.
