(فإن تقدم القَبول على الإيجاب، صحَّ) البيع إن كان القَبول (بلفظ أمر، أو) كان بلفظ (ماض مجرَّد عن استفهام ونحوه) كتَمَنٍّ وتَرَجِّ، ويأتي مثاله في كلامه.
