(وأن كان) المبيع الذي تقدمت رؤيته (يفسد في الزمن) الذي مضى بين الرؤية والعقد (أو) كان (يتغير) فيه (يقينًا، أو ظاهرًا، أو شكًّا) مستويًا (لم يصح) العقد؛ لفقد شرطه، أو للشك فيه.
