(ولا) يصح (بيع عبدٍ غير معيَّن) إن لم يوصف بما يكفي في السَّلَم، لما تقدم (ولا) بيع (عبد) غير معين (من عبدين، أو من عبيد) للجهالة. (ولا) بيع (شاة من قطيع، ولا) بيع (شجرة من بستان) لما في ذلك من الغرر والجهالة.
