(ويتيمم) الجنب، ونحوه (لأجل لبثه فيه لغسل) إذا تعذر عليه الوضوء والغسل عاجلًا، قال ابن قندس: واحتاج إلى اللبث فيه. ورده في "شرح المنتهى" بأنه إذا احتاج للبث جاز بلا تيمم قال: والظاهر تقييده بعدم الاحتياج.
