(ومحلُّه) أي: محلُّ تحريم البيع والشراء إذن (إن لم تكن ضرورةٌ، أو حاجة) فإن كانت؛ لم يحرم (كمضطر إلى طعام أو شراب، إذا وجده يُباع) فاشتراه (أو) كـ (ـعُريان وَجَد سُترةً تُباعُ، أو) كعادم الماء وَجَد (ماءٌ للطهارة. وكذا) شراء
