(ويُستحبُّ الإشهاد في البيع) لقوله تعالى: {وَأَشْهِدُوا إِذَا تَبَايَعْتُمْ} والأمر فيه للندب؛ لقوله تعالى:{فَإِنْ أَمِنَ بَعْضُكُمْ بَعْضًا فَلْيُؤَدِّ الَّذِي اؤْتُمِنَ أَمَانَتَهُ}
