(ومن علَّق عِتْقَ رقيقه ببيعه) فقال له: إن بعتك فأنت حُرٌّ (ثم باعه، عتَقَ) عقب القَبول؛ لوجود الصفة (ولم ينتقِلِ الملك) فيه لمشترٍ لما يأتي.
