(ولو ألحقا) أي: المتبايعان (بالعقد) أي: عقد البيع (خيارًا بعد لزومه) أي: العقد (لم يَلحق) الخيار به، لما تقدم من أن محلَّ المعتبر من الشروط صلب العقد.
