(وإن أراد نفسَ العطاء) أي: الوقت الذي يحصُل فيه العطاء بالفعل، دون الوقت المعتاد له عادة (فـ) هو (مجهولٌ) فيصح البيع، ويلغو الشرط؛ للجهالة.
