(وإن شرطاه) أي: الخِيار (مُدةً) كعشرة أيام (على أن يثبت) الخِيار (يومًا ولا يثبت يومًا؛ صحَّ في اليوم الأول) لإمكانه (فقط) أي: فلا يصح فيما بعده؛ لأنه إذا لزم في اليوم الثاني لم يعد إلى الجواز.
