قَالَ: (فَإِنْ عَدَّلَهُمْ شُهُودُ الْفَرْعِ جَازَ) لِأَنَّهُمْ مِنْ أَهْلِ التَّزْكِيَةِ،

وَمِثْلُهُ لَوْ شَهِدَ اثْنَانِ فَزَكَّى أَحَدُهُمَا الْآخَرُ جَازَ،

وَلَا يَكُونُ ذَلِكَ تُهْمَةً فِي حَقِّهِ حَيْثُ إِنَّهُ سَبَبُ قَبُولِ قَوْلِهِ: فَإِنَّ الْعَدْلَ لَا يُتَّهَمُ بِمِثْلِهِ. أَلَا تَرَى أَنَّهُ لَا يُتَّهَمُ فِي إِقَامَةِ شَهَادَتِهِ؟
