(س ز) وَإِنْ وَكَّلَهُ بِشِرَاءِ عَشَرَةِ أَرْطَالِ لَحْمٍ بِدِرْهَمٍ فَاشْتَرَى عِشْرِينَ [الاختيار لتعليل المختار] الْمُوَكِّلَ؛ لِأَنَّهُ بِرَأْيِهِ فَلَمْ يَكُنْ مُخَالِفًا.
