قَالَ: (وَلَوْ صَالَحَهُ عَنْ أَلْفٍ سُودٍ بِخَمْسِمِائَةٍ بِيضٍ لَا يَجُوزُ) ; لِأَنَّ الْبِيضَ غَيْرُ مُسْتَحَقَّةٍ فَيَكُونُ مُعَاوَضَةً وَإِنَّهُ لَا يَجُوزُ.
