قَالَ: (وَيُنْفِقُ مِنْ مَالِهِ عَلَى مَنْ تَجِبُ عَلَيْهِ نَفَقَتُهُ حَالَ حُضُورِهِ بِغَيْرِ قَضَاءٍ) كَزَوْجَتِهِ فَإِنْ مَضَى لَهُ مِنَ الْعُمُرِ مَا لَا يَعِيشُ أَقْرَانُهُ حُكِمَ بِمَوْتِهِ.
