(وَلَا تَسْلَمُ لَهُ الْأَوْلَادُ) ؛ لِأَنَّ تَبَعِيَّتَهُمْ فَوْقَ تَبَعِيَّةِ الْأَكْسَابِ؛ أَلَا يُرَى أَنَّ وَلَدَ الْمُدَبَّرِ وَالْمُكَاتِبِ مُدَبَّرٌ وَمَكَاتِبٌ، وَلَا تَكُونُ أَكْسَابُهُمَا مُدَبَّرًا وَمُكَاتِبًا؟
