قَالَ: (وَلَوْ شَرَطَا التِّبْنَ لِرَبِّ الْبَذْرِ صَحَّ) ، مَعْنَاهُ بَعْدَ شَرْطِ الْحَبِّ بَيْنَهُمَا؛ لِأَنَّهُ حُكْمُ الْعَقْدِ؛ لِأَنَّ التِّبْنَ مِنَ الْبَذْرِ.
