(وَلَوْ قَالَ الزَّوْجُ: بَلَغَكِ النِّكَاحُ فَسَكَتِّ، فَقَالَتْ: بَلْ رَدَدْتُ - فَالْقَوْلُ قَوْلُهَا) ؛ لِأَنَّهَا مُنْكِرَةٌ تَمْلِكُ بُضْعَهَا، وَالْبَيِّنَةُ بَيِّنَتُهُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ يَدَّعِيهِ.
