قَالَ: (وَمَنْ سَمَّى مَهْرًا لَزِمَهُ بِالدُّخُولِ وَالْمَوْتِ) ،

أَمَّا الدُّخُولُ فَلِأَنَّهُ تَحَقَّقَ بِهِ تَسْلِيمُ الْمُبْدَلِ، وَبِالْمَوْتِ يَتَقَرَّرُ النِّكَاحُ بِانْتِهَائِهِ، فَيَجِبُ الْبَدَلُ.
