الاختيار لتعليل المختارal-Mawsili

(وَتَتَعَلَّقُ الْحُرْمَةُ بِلَبَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ سَبَبٌ لِإِنْبَاتِ اللَّحْمِ وَإِنْشَازِ الْعَظْمِ، وَمَعْنَى الْغِذَاءِ لَا يَزُولُ بِالْمَوْتِ، وَصَارَ كَمَا إِذَا حَلَبَ مِنْهَا حَالَ حَيَاتِهَا.
