الاختيار لتعليل المختارal-Mawsili

(وَلَا يَجُوزُ لِلْجُنُبِ قِرَاءَةُ الْقُرْآنِ) لِقَوْلِهِ - عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ -: «لَا يَقْرَأُ الْجُنُبُ وَلَا الْحَائِضُ شَيْئًا مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ» ، وَعَنِ الطَّحَاوِيِّ أَنَّهُ يَجُوزُ لَهُ بَعْضُ آيَةٍ، وَالْحَدِيثُ لَا يَفْصِلُ، وَلَا بَأْسَ بِأَنْ يَقْرَأَ شَيْئًا مِنْهُ لَا يُرِيدُ بِهِ الْقُرْآنَ كَالْبَسْمَلَةِ وَالْحَمْدَلَةِ.
