قَالَ: (وَإِذَا طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ حَالَةَ الْحَيْضِ فَعَلَيْهِ أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا) لِوُرُودِ الْأَمْرِ بِهِ فِي حَدِيثِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ - رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ - عَلَى مَا تَقَدَّمَ،
