قَالَ: (وَإِذَا قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ الْمَدْخُولِ بِهَا: أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ ثَلَاثًا لِلسُّنَّةِ وَقَعَ عِنْدَ كُلِّ طُهْرٍ تَطْلِيقَةٌ) لِأَنَّ مَعْنَاهُ لِوَقْتِ السُّنَّةِ، وَوَقْتُهَا طُهْرٌ لَا جِمَاعَ فِيهِ لِمَا مَرَّ،
