قَالَ: (وَلَوْ قَالَ: أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ مِنْ هُنَا إِلَى الشَّامِ فَهِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ رَجْعِيَّةٌ) لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَزِدْهَا وَصْفًا بِقَوْلِهِ: إِلَى الشَّامِ لِأَنَّهَا مَتَى طَلُقَتْ يَقَعُ فِي جَمِيعِ الْأَمَاكِنِ.
