(وَلَوْ قَالَ: أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ الْيَوْمَ غَدًا، أَوْ غَدًا الْيَوْمَ يُؤْخَذُ بِأَوَّلِهِمَا ذِكْرًا) ، لِأَنَّ قَوْلَهُ: الْيَوْمَ تَنْجِيزٌ فَلَا يَتَأَخَّرُ، وَقَوْلَهُ غَدًا إِضَافَةٌ، وَالتَّنْجِيزُ إِبْطَالٌ لِلْإِضَافَةِ فَيَلْغُو.
