(وَلَوْ قَالَ: اخْتَارِي نَفْسَكِ، أَوْ أَمْرُكِ بِيَدِكِ بِتَطْلِيقَةٍ فَاخْتَارَتْ نَفْسَهَا فَهِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ رَجْعِيَّةٌ) لِأَنَّ ذِكْرَ الطَّلَاقِ يُعَقِّبُ الرَّجْعَةَ، وَصَارَ كَأَنَّهُ قَالَ: طَلِّقِي نَفْسَكِ.
