(وَلَوْ قَالَتْ: نَفْسِي أَوْ زَوْجِي لَا يَقَعُ) لِأَنَّ أَوْ لِلشَّكِّ فَلَا يَقَعُ الطَّلَاقُ بِالشَّكِّ، وَخَرَجَ الْأَمْرُ مِنْ يَدِهَا لِاشْتِغَالِهَا بِشَيْءٍ آخَرَ.
