(وَلَوْ رَدَّتْهُ لَا يَرْتَدُّ) لِأَنَّهُ مَلَّكَهَا الطَّلَاقَ فِي أَيِّ وَقْتٍ شَاءَتْ فَلَمْ يَكُنْ تَمْلِيكًا قَبْلَ الْمَشِيئَةِ فَلَا يَرْتَدُّ بِالرَّدِّ،
