(فَإِنْ وُجِدَ الشَّرْطُ فِي مِلْكٍ انْحَلَّتْ) الْيَمِينُ (وَوَقَعَ الطَّلَاقُ) ، لِأَنَّ الشَّرْطَ وُجِدَ وَالْمَحَلُّ قَابِلٌ لِلْجَزَاءِ فَيَنْزِلُ وَيَنْتَهِي الْيَمِينُ لِمَا مَرَّ.
