(وَلَوْ قَالَ: أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ ثَلَاثًا إِلَّا وَاحِدَةً طَلُقَتْ ثِنْتَيْنِ، وَلَوْ قَالَ: إِلَّا ثِنْتَيْنِ طَلُقَتْ وَاحِدَةً) وَأَصْلُهُ أَنَّ الِاسْتِثْنَاءَ تَكَلُّمٌ بِالْبَاقِي بَعْدَ الثُّنْيَا لِأَنَّهُ بَيَانُ أَنَّهُ أَرَادَ بِمَا تَكَلَّمَ مَا وَرَاءَ الْمُسْتَثْنَى.
