(وَعَلَيْهِ الْكَفَّارَةُ) لِأَنَّ الْحِنْثَ مُوجِبٌ لِلْكَفَّارَةِ، (وَبَطَلَ الْإِيلَاءُ) لِمَا بَيَّنَّا أَنَّ الْيَمِينَ تَنْحَلُّ بِالْحِنْثِ.
