قَالَ: (وَإِنْ آلَى مِنَ الْمُطَلَّقَةِ الرَّجْعِيَّةِ فَهُوَ مُولٍ، وَمِنَ الْبَائِنَةِ لَا) لِقِيَامِ الزَّوْجِيَّةِ وَإِنْ قَالَ: لَا أَقْرَبُكِ شَهْرَيْنِ بَعْدَ شَهْرَيْنِ فَهُوَ مُولٍ،

وَلَوْ قَالَ: لَا أَقْرَبُكِ سَنَةً إِلَّا يَوْمًا فَلَيْسَ بِمُولٍ
