(وَلَا يَصِيرُ مُرَاجِعًا) لِأَنَّهُ يُحْتَمَلُ الْعُلُوقُ قَبْلَ الطَّلَاقِ، وَيُحْتَمَلُ بَعْدَهُ فَلَا يَصِيرُ مُرَاجِعًا بِالشَّكِّ.
