(وَإِنْ أَدَّى الْأَوَّلُ قَبْلَهُ فَوَلَاؤُهُ لَهُ) لِأَنَّهُ إِذَا أَدَّى الْأَوَّلُ عَتَقَ وَصَارَ أَهْلًا فَيُضَافُ إِلَيْهِ لِأَنَّهُ الْأَصْلُ.
