قَالَ: (وَكَذَلِكَ وَلَدُ الْمُكَاتَبَةِ مَعَهَا) لِأَنَّهُ ثَبَتَ فِيهَا صِفَةُ امْتِنَاعِ الْبَيْعِ فَيَسْرِي إِلَى الْوَلَدِ كَالتَّدْبِيرِ وَنَحْوِهِ.
