قَالَ: (وَلَا يَجُوزُ التَّكْفِيرُ قَبْلَ الْحِنْثِ) لِقَوْلِهِ - عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ -: « وَالْقَاصِدُ وَالْمُكْرَهُ وَالنَّاسِي فِي الْيَمِينِ سَوَاءٌ.
