قَالَ: (حَلَفَ لَيَقْضِيَنَّ دَيْنَهُ إِلَى قَرِيبٍ فَمَا دُونَ الشَّهْرِ، وَبِعِيدٍ أَكْثَرُ مِنَ الشَّهْرِ) لِأَنَّ مَا دُونَ الشَّهْرِ يُعَدُّ قَرِيبًا، وَالشَّهْرُ وَمَا زَادَ يُعَدُّ بَعِيدًا وَالْعِبْرَةُ لِلْمُعْتَادِ.
