(وَإِنْ رَجَعُوا بَعْدَ الرَّجْمِ يَضْمَنُونَ الدِّيَةَ) لِأَنَّهُمْ تَسَبَّبُوا إِلَى قَتْلِهِ، وَالْمُتَسَبِّبُ تَجِبُ عَلَيْهِ الدِّيَةُ كَحَافِرِ الْبِئْرِ.
