قَالَ: (ثُمَّ حَدُّ الزِّنَا) لِأَنَّهُ ثَبَتَ بِدَلِيلٍ مَقْطُوعٍ بِهِ وَهُوَ الْكِتَابُ، وَلِأَنَّهُ أَعْظَمُ جَرِيمَةً حَتَّى وَجَبَ فِيهِ الرَّجْمُ.
