قَالَ: (وَتُقْضَى دُيُونُ الْإِسْلَامِ مِنْ كَسْبِ الْإِسْلَامِ، وَدُيُونُ الرِّدَّةِ - مِنْ كَسْبِهَا) ، وَقَالَا: تُقْضَى دُيُونُهُ مِنَ الْكَسْبَيْنِ لِأَنَّهُمَا جَمِيعًا مِلْكُهُ عِنْدَهُمَا. وَلَهُ أَنَّهُ يَقْضِي كُلَّ دَيْنٍ مِمَّا اكْتَسَبَهُ فِي تِلْكَ الْحَالَةِ لِيَكُونَ الْغُرْمُ بِالْغُنْمِ.
