قَالَ: (وَلَا يُسْتَوْفَى الْقِصَاصُ إِلَّا بِالسَّيْفِ) قَالَ - عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ -: «لَا قَوَدَ إِلَّا بِالسَّيْفِ» ، وَالْمُرَادُ بِهِ السِّلَاحُ.
