قَالَ: (وَالْمُعْتَبَرُ فِي تَغَيُّرِ الْفَرْضِ قَصْرًا وَإِتْمَامًا آخِرُ الْوَقْتِ) لِأَنَّ الْوُجُوبَ يَتَعَلَّقُ بِآخِرِ الْوَقْتِ حَتَّى لَوْ سَافَرَ آخِرَ الْوَقْتِ قَصَرَ،
