(فَإِنْ أَلْقَتْ جَنِينَيْنِ مَيِّتَيْنِ فَفِيهِمَا غُرَّتَانِ) لِأَنَّهُ - عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ - «قَضَى فِي الْجَنِينِ بِغُرَّةٍ» فَيَكُونُ فِي الْجَنِينَيْنِ غُرَّتَانِ، وَلِأَنَّ مَنْ أَتْلَفَ شَخْصَيْنِ بِضَرْبَةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ ضَمِنَ كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا كَالْكَبِيرَيْنِ.
