قَالَ: (وَإِنْ أَصَابَهُ طَرَفُ الْمِيزَابِ الَّذِي فِي الْحَائِطِ فَلَا ضَمَانَ فِيهِ) لِأَنَّهُ غَيْرُ مُتَعَدٍّ فِي السَّبَبِ ; لِأَنَّ طَرَفَهُ الدَّاخِلُ مَوْضُوعٌ فِي مِلْكِهِ.
